The Chapman Center also offers coordinated services to individuals who have an addiction and a co-occurring mental health disorder or chronic pain.

Lake County Underage Drinking and Drug Prevention Task Force – The mission of the Task Force is ‘to provide leadership and resources to reduce and prevent underage drinking and other youth substance abuse in Lake County’ and their vision is ‘to have a county-wide environment where youth achieve their full potential.’

LGBT – Chicago Lakeshore Hospital 800-888-0560 – The Valeo Pride program provides quality inpatient treatment for patients with depression, anxiety, alcohol, and/or drug abuse. Our team works with patients to create a plan of care designed to meet individual needs with sensitivity to issues of the LGBTQ community, and a place to openly address feelings without stigma or prejudice. Diverse therapeutic programs are a unique feature of the Valeo Pride Inpatient Program.

Narcotics Anonymous  708-848-4884 –  We offer recovery from the effects of addiction through working a twelve-step program, including regular attendance at group meetings. The group atmosphere provides help from peers and offers an ongoing support network for addicts who wish to pursue and maintain a drug-free lifestyle. Our name, Narcotics Anonymous, is not meant to imply a focus on any particular drug; NA’s approach makes no distinction between drugs including alcohol.

The Anti-Drug is a community based organization comprised of parents, local government and school officials, clergy and health providers whose mission is to generate conversation and provide accurate information about alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use in Bannockburn, Deerfield, Highland Park, Highwood, and Riverwoods.
