Key Ways to Stay Connected When Your Kids are Legal Adults

Parents and guardians of seniors going off to college in the fall may not realize that things they take for granted at Stevenson, such as access to grades and health information, aren’t automatically available once their child turns 18.

Thank you to Alan Press and Caren Naidoff of the Shire Law Group  for their presentation on information parents need to know when their child turns 18, including: gaining access to health and education records, insurance for students studying abroad, and power of attorney.  You can download handouts from the presentation here:  Legal Night May 2018 Handouts
